Starting a new year always makes me feel refreshed and revived. New goals, new budgets and a fresh year with no mistakes in it. It’s a time to reevaluate your goals and productivity standards.

This infographic stood out to me as being a wonderful, practical and easy way to start at the basics but get tremendous results.

Employees that have benefits like health insurance and not too much overtime for less stressful/burned out employees are so much more happier and totally benefit the workplace.
