Payroll Manager

Amanda Razz is a Payroll Supervisor for the Mid-size accounts at Paychex. She is responsible for the execution, coordination and oversight of daily, weekly and quarterly payroll operations including driving the strategic payroll processes to deliver value-added services to employees. Prior to taking the current role in March of 2020, Amanda worked a variety of roles inside Oasis, now Paychex, building her wealth of knowledge in the PEO industry. Amanda has experience with processing Garnishments and Payrolls for US and International accounts since starting in the PEO industry in 2015.

Amanda led the transformation of the current payroll process to meet the rapidly growing organizational needs while ensuring accurate and timely processing payroll in accordance with federal state and local regulations and legislative compliance requirements. Planned, developed, and implemented forward looking payroll processes/procedures and revised current processes/procedures to continuously seek improvement and create optimal efficiency.

Before beginning her PEO Career, Amanda was a Regional Manager for Dunkin Donuts in Atlanta, GA. That is where she gained her management experience and where she decided to learn more of the payroll functions.

Amanda received her Associates in Business administration and Management from Palm Beach State in 2013. and in 2019 received her CP – Certified Pavroll Professional Certificate. Amanda is also Prism certified in Payroll. Imports. PTO. Intro to Restaurants. Advanced GL, and has completed courses for Personal Leadership, Mentorship, and LEAD.
